What changed, and when we noticed

Every entry here is something we saw while collecting the figures on this site, with the date we saw it and how we checked.

Change log

Newest first. Nothing here is reposted from elsewhere.

USFans was unreachable across its whole site

Every address we tried returned HTTP 503, served by nginx rather than by a Cloudflare challenge page: the bare domain, the www host and the registration path. It still appears in freight tables sampled the previous day, where it holds the cheapest line for 2kg and 5kg parcels to Germany. We have left it in our data and flagged it rather than deleting it, because the gap between those two facts is the most useful thing on this page.

How we checked: Four requests from one machine. A single 503 can be a blip; four across different hosts and paths is a state.

HubbuyCN closed its old platform and moved to hubbuy.com

The notice is on HubbuyCN's own front page: the service was upgraded to a new platform called Hubbuy, account migration had to be completed before 2026-09-30, and from 2026-10-01 the old platform ceases service and the migration portal closes. The old domain still loads. The new one answers on the bare hostname only, and www does not resolve at all.

How we checked: Read off the notice on the old home page, then both domains requested directly.

China Post services to the EU were showing as suspended

LoongBuy carried a notice on its home page that China Post services to the twenty seven EU countries were temporarily suspended. Eight of the eleven destinations in our route tables are in that group. Freight comparison tables, including the ones on this site, do not show lane closures: they list a line because it existed when the sample was taken.

How we checked: Seen on the agent's own home page while collecting screenshots.

LoongBuy's all-in markup moved from +8.9% to +2.0%

A July sample of the same comparison source had it at +8.9%, mid table. The October sample has it at +2.0%, third lowest. Nothing about the service visibly changed. In the same interval the table grew from 29 agents to 32 and HUBBUY went from a negative markup to +7.1%. This is the clearest argument we can make for putting a date on every number.

How we checked: Two samples of the same public table, ten weeks apart.

Fansbuy was running an extended anniversary giveaway

The promotion was on the agent's front page, with the number of mystery box winners raised from 26 to 30 and the grand prize upgraded. We note it as a dated observation rather than reproducing the terms, because promotions change faster than anything else on this site and a copied coupon value is wrong within weeks.

How we checked: Front page notice, screenshot taken the same day.

On community reports, and why they are not a ranking here

Reddit threads, YouTube hauls and TikTok clips are where most people form an opinion about these agents, and they are worth reading. They are not worth averaging.

Three reasons. Competitors post in these threads, and there is no way to tell from the outside. Referral codes mean a recommendation can be paid without being disclosed. And the people who had an ordinary, uneventful order almost never post about it, so the sample you see is made of extremes at both ends.

What community posts are genuinely good for: finding out that a lane just closed, that a platform is down right now, or that a specific seller shipped the wrong thing to several people this month. Current, specific, checkable. That is also why anything we take from them lands in the log above with a date, rather than in a score.
