Who writes this, how it is paid for, and what it cannot tell you
An independent guide to Chinese shopping agents. Not owned by one, not authorised by one, and paid for by referral commission on some of the links.
Who
This site is written and maintained by the RepFind editorial desk. We are a small team that builds and maintains guides to cross-border buying from China. We are not a shopping agent, we do not handle anyone's parcels, and we have no stake in any of the companies listed here.
Reach us at About this guide and corrections. That address is read by a person and corrections get priority over everything else in the inbox.
How it is funded, stated plainly
Some of the links to agents on this site carry a referral code. If you sign up through one, we receive a commission from that agent at no extra cost to you. That is the entire business model.
What it does not buy: position, ordering, or a good write-up. The agent list is ordered by how many cells each agent won in a public freight sample, which is a number you can recompute yourself from the same source we link to. Two of the agents we list carry warnings rather than recommendations, and one of them we explicitly tell you not to use right now because its site was down when we checked.
Several agents in our tables have no referral link at all, either because we do not have one or because the one we had stopped working when the company moved platforms. They are still listed, because leaving them out would distort the comparison and that is the thing the site is for.
LoongBuy is a partner of ours and we say so wherever it is relevant. It also wins none of the 55 freight cells in our grid, and we say that too, on the same pages.
Method
Figures come from a dated sample, and the date is published
Fee and freight tables were sampled from a public third party comparison source on 2026-10-02 and 2026-10-07. Every figure on the site links back to it.
Clauses are quoted from the agents' own help centres
Storage ceilings, claim windows, compensation caps and exclusion lists were read from the published terms, not from summaries.
Links are requested before publication
Every outbound link was checked on 2026-10-08. Two came back with problems and both are labelled on the page rather than removed.
Conclusions are computed, not asserted
The claim that eight different agents win somewhere in the grid is a count over the sample, reproducible from the same public tables.
We do not rank agents on trust or service quality
There is no reproducible public dataset on either. A score would be invented, and an invented score is worse than no score.
What this site cannot tell you
Whether a particular agent will handle your particular problem well. No amount of reading settles that. The only real hedge is to keep a first order small.
Whether today's rate matches our sampled rate. Rates move, sometimes by several points in a few weeks, which is why nothing here is presented as current and everything links to its source.
Whether a lane is bookable right now. Comparison tables list lines that existed when the sample was taken. Suspensions happen and tables do not show them.
What duty you will pay. Nobody can tell you this, including the agents, one of whom says so in writing.
If you want to check our homework, how to judge a site like this one sets out five tests and then runs them on us, including the one we do not pass cleanly.
